From the category rules:

RTA timing is used meaning runs must be completed within one sitting and the timer cannot be paused at any point in the run.

that only applies if youre going to submit it though

tecnicaly you can take breaks and is not going to be banned for being 2 hours without doing nothing in the screen, but time cant be stopped

ye thats why i only do runs on the weekend or else my runs will be lik 24 hours long cauuse of school
