I think that she as banned for impersonating someone, but maybe it is the real one. They self promoted, bragged about their follower count, and claimed to have a world record in google snake without evidence. They also have 5 runs on their profile, so maybe they cheated.
Edit: turns out that it was a troll. Now I'm suspicious of the Ranboo and Awesamdude accounts
You're not the only one, its prob based on who was banned at the time of the comment.
Mentions in posts (the @'s) are certainly based on the state of the user at the time of making/editing the post. Appart from the banned/unbanned state, they also seem to keep the color the mentioned user had at the time, even if the user changed it afterwards.
@MrMonsh They even keep the color if the mentioned user later deletes their account.
