Possible skip of devil's chimney? Very tricky, unsure if worth it even if optimized

I noticed that one could get some significant height off of the left rock near the red beam - swing off the beam from underneath, then pull the hammer down through the peak of the rock, pogo-ing up and very slightly to the right. I managed to get enough traction on the slope above to pull me towards the little outcrop, and it's easy from there. I'm not sure if this method could be optimized to be faster than a good chimney run or not - obviously, I'm very slow.

I guess the key is whether or not the inwards pull once you launch high enough can be executed consistently at full speed without losing traction. If it can, it might be viable.

this skip is old and Grrossi is already quite consistent at it

like lordorjun said people already utilize this skip but someone did a comparison video of the fastest chimney skip splits and fastest chimney splits and doing it normally is still faster

Alright, thanks. Just happened upon it and was intrigued by how far I got up, surprised me.

If you actually do a faster jump, it is possible to save some seconds. not millseconds, but seconds. My first run will be including this trick. lets see if it will be faster

It is actually easier than it looks
