Pretty much the title. We're starting up a running community for Seven Kingdoms, and the primary category will be In-game time measures, but it is not measured in minutes and seconds rather years and days, or, ticks.

Is it possible to anyhow change the layout so that it displays anything else than hours, minutes and seconds?

Not possible. SRC only offers RTA, Loadless RTA and IGT. Which makes sense because the vast majority on here will be using either of those.
If a leaderboard is not using either of these timing methods, I assume it must have exceptionally good reasons as to why not to.

You should have a talk with the Half Life/Portal runners BNDR; those games also measure in ticks but those can be "converted" or measured to an IGT time. Software has been made for that
