Children use this site, with the uprise of speedrunning youtubers many younger fans of these YouTubers/streamers are coming to the site. If you want to speedrun nsfw games you could create your own unofficial leaderboard.

There's currently no way to age-gate content on the site or have NSFW stuff hidden or anything like that. When these features are eventually available we may consider changing our policies on NSFW games (or maybe just loosening the restrictions), but that said, frankly, most games that we do currently reject due to NSFW content would likely also be rejected for other reasons.
