Would pencils that are made to be easy to sharpen like a Ram Pro Flat Wood Carpenter Pencil allowed? They can meet the measurement requirements although are thinner than most pencils

I would assume that those are completely fine as long as they are made of only graphite and wood. There isn't anything around the width of the pencil itself, only the length.

I would really like to know from a Moderator so I don't end up wasting money on these pencils if the run is going to be rejected
