Lost speedruns

I'm writing an article on the lost media of the internet and right now I'm researching lost speedruns.

Decided to post here to ask: What are some of the more significant lost runs from the past? Aside from the nuked twitch streams.

United States

You’ll probably hear about a good number of lost runs by watching Summoning Salt’s videos.

Valhalla

@HaruHaraHaruko that one guy who had most of the WRs that deleted all of his goldeneye runs for no real reason (and has since reachived most of his times)

Finland

i remember once hearing about some metroid prime(?) dvd/vhs video getting lost because the delivery truck got into an accident

Woah that's tight @SioN do you know anymore about that?

Finland

@diggity sadly no. i think i heard it in like zfg stream/highlight in 2018 or something

Kumamoto, Japan

There was a channel on Nico Nico that had a lot of Arcade runs and hidden tech, I myself was featured on the channel back in 2014 - 2015 a while before I started submitting here. Unfortunately I wasn't close friends with the person who ran it, and the channel has disappeared.

I talk about it every now on my twitch, appealing to the community to research, which is why I clicked on this thread.

@HaruHaraHaruko if you would like to know more about those lost runs or some old Gamest runs that are poorly recorded, or lost. let me know, I always love to talk about it and see if we can get more people researching.

@DBcade Do you have DMs open? I'm intrested.
