I made this. I think the only trick you might not be able to do is the dashing-jump kick, which I think is frame perfect. But it's likely still worth dash kicking and jump kicking.
Doing a dive-kick is actually slower than falling in most cases.

Regarding Submissions for the PR:TF GBA category
This is a very late notice and I apologize as I do not keep myself up-to-date with speedrunning as a whole at the moment. Regarding the GBA version/category of this game it has been relocated to a different page with a dedicated playerbase/moderation team
