The community was 'destroyed' by the vitriol and idiocy of the 'people' who 'moderated' it and the 'people' who 'moderated' it alone. You ARE correct about 4 people(assuming you mean 4 and not 4 thousand) people destroying the leaderboard, because that's how many moderators there were that decided to get triggered over someone going fast in a videogame.

I kinda hate being conflated with Cyberdemon and a supposed "clique" because that's a shit way of trying to engage an opposing viewpoint. The fact that we agree on something does not automatically mean I'm like, tight with the dude or under his influence or any dumb shit like that. I just actually think the guy has a goddamn point for once.

I'm not mad, and at the end of the day you're perfectly right that I don't run this game. Ya'll can have bad leaderboards and it's no skin off my back in the end, but I like speedrunning and I like RE4 so while the opportunity presents itself, I'll try to contribute to the discourse so it can work out better in the end.

You're free to disregard opinions of people who don't run the game, but if lots of speedrunners seem to take some sort of issue, maybe consider that things could be done better?

Well I mean the 'S&Q wr' is relevant, because changes may be made to the leaderboard because of it, and it's what everyone has been talking about, like have you been paying attention? The mobile wr is unimportant
