Hi i would like to up my fps to 250 for the glitch jump i change the smoothframerate to False and minframe rate to 130 max to 250 but nothing change still stuck at 130

I'm having the same issue :(. The file isn't even called DishonoredEngine.ini anymore its now DefaultEngine.ini

I'm no expert, but did you went to properties and set DishonoredEngine.ini on Read-only after changing what you had to change ?

Yeah I've tried that still can't get it to work.

Are you editing the file in documents or steam files? You want to be editing it in documents. Also dont set bsmoothframerate to false, just change the max

And make sure that you set the files in documents to read only and dont forget to save before exiting
