Low% - What it is, and what it should be

Hi guys. I got confused when I first heard of low%. My understand was it would be like a lot of other games. The number of items, perks, spells, wands picked up vs your time. Lowest number of those, then the lowest time for that number. It appears it's just sort of like another version of teleportless. Is there room for a category like traditional low%? Is that something anyone is interested in? It sound interesting to me.
