How IGT works?
Compare mine and MH's time, 5 seconds faster Real time but still the same IGT? Surely it should be different and I'm not sure why it is like this.
I did a quick check on how IGT works in the DS version and I've found that
- IGT is not incremented during loads
- IGT is not incremented while inside the safehouse
- IGT is not incremented while watching a cutscene
- IGT is not incremented while in the pause menu
I don't know if the PSP version changes anything but I doubt it does

How is it incremented? I have reason to believe that IGT is actually around ~3 seconds slower (I timed when the IGT was on 6:10 to 6:30, so about ~3 seconds every 20 seconds?) than real time. Does it work the same way GTA4 IGT works?
1 day in the game = 24 minutes IGT = 27 minutes and 20 seconds RTA but as long as IGT stay consistent there's no reason to not use it
