Hi, I'm pretty new here. I started speedrunning Tales of Hearts R for the PS Vita, but I don't know of anyone else who runs it. Can I still submit it if no one does? and are cellphone videos acceptable, I currently don't have a capture card?

Yes, you can. I'm the only one who did Destiny/Phantasia/Eternia so far and I have my times up. I'll go ahead and create the leaderboards.
