You can get 35 ice creams jumpless, 2 being in PK after the 32 box. Bonus levels have an extra 9 possible jumpless. I actually made a Google Sheets with the minimum jumps/dives/crouches/spins, but some things are still a WIP.

You can save one jump on Tricky Jumps and Dives and the one in Buzz Factory can be done jumpless You can actually save 2 on Tricky Jumps and Dives if you have a laggier computer.
I actually posted my jumpless run separate from my speedruns. The minimum jump videos are on my YT and separate for each ice cream in SM64 fashion. I'm sure many things can be optimized in the future, but for now this is what my limited skill can handle.
Also, I tested Making the Longest Jumps Possible jumpless, and each individual jump is possible jumpless except the last one. It'd be really cool and I'd really like it if someone where able to pull it off with only the final jump at the end.
Did some analysis, it is possible to do the Any% category jumpless, diveless, crouchless, and No Powerups w/ or w/out Bonus Levels, but only possible with bonus levels spinless. Both 100% and 100% No Sun categories are impossible with all 5. Any% is possible diveless, crouchless, and No Powerups w/ w/out Bonus Levels. True Any% is a pain, but should be possible diveless, crouchless, and No Powerups.
Also, a new idea for a category: Test% [Subcategories: "No Bonus Levels" / "No Flamethrower", "Bonus Levels" / "Flamethrower"] Goal: -Enter the Testing Zone portal. Timing: -Use the IGT timer -Take the time from the frame the Testing Zone portal is activated Restrictions: -Must select the "Speedrun" option on the menu -Hub duplication is not allowed -(No Bonus Levels only) Flamethrower is not allowed -(Bonus Levels only) Flamethrower is allowed
I tested myself and I couldn't get 20 Ice creams without jumping at least once, because I cant get the race ice creamsThey require a jump to get off the pole.
It is possible to get the race ice creams, just really tedious. To get them, once you grab the pole, you have to keep moving up and down at the top until you collect the ice cream. It takes a bit, and, when collected, requires you to leave the course to hub.
I actually made a series of videos on it, trying to collect each individual ice cream with the minimum number of jumps. The sheets link I sent in a previous comment is more up-to-date, and has theoretical counts for some extreme-precision ice creams.
From what I've done, you need at least 1 jump for any% no bonus levels, Sun f might doesn't count t. You don't jump in that fight. If you can find the 32nd if jumpers lmk
Okay, so it's currently possible with glitches to get up to 62 ice creams jumpless. Only problem is to get all of them requires two segments, because two of the glitches require closing the game and reopening it to change between them.
