I was told to try posting here for possibly a few more tips on this.
Hello everyone! I'd like to start speed running Super Mario Sunshine. At the moment I don't have all the hardware to do this on a Wii, so I was hoping I could temporarily run this game on dolphin.
I did a casual play through of this game a few months back and I had issues with the goop stuff. First it basically had no effect on me at all. No slipping or sliding, even the shines where you had to get rid of it just immediately succeeded. After finishing the game I tried to fix it by changing around some settings but eventually just made it where the goop was unstoppable.
I tried finding a fix online with no luck, so I thought maybe this would be a good place to ask.
Lastly, I do want to reiterate that this will be temporary. If I run the game and I enjoy it enough, then I will buy a Wii and run the game on that instead.
