Major differences could be with glitch version differences themselves (like Blank A that is only available on 1.0) and the fact that you'll have a huge handicap in comparison to other runners.
Also, from what I know, Any% on PAL N64 almost/always crashes at Ganon's fight.
I think you can force the PAL version on Wii to play at 60 FPS with Gecko, but idk if that will actually do anything.
