I have seen use of different mods (Including passing through lambposts and having 0 traffic) in several top speedruns of races. (eg. San Fierro Hill and Country Endurance). Im not sure using mods are allowed. So im just asking here. (PS I am not asking about cheats. I know they are allowed. I am asking about mods.)
@hephaestusboy The ability of passing through lampposts and having no traffic is all reached through the use of glitches. Disabling traffic can be done by tripling bloodbowl and the "pass through any non-solid object" is achieved by gaining control of the RC Baron outside of the mission "Beefy Baron".
The GTA:SA community has been deteriorating over a long period of time. Many top runners are not currently present on the leaderboard. This issue has not been seriously addressed yet, but an attempt will be made to remedy it now.
