100%: Get all of the achievements, and buy everything from the shop (to get all achievements, you must get all coins, all figurines, all upgrades, all chips, and other things) The Cheat menu may not be altered during the entire run. IGT in file select Start/End times are the same as any% Baljeet, Peter the Panda, and Pinky the chihuahua will help you, A LOT.
Cheat%¤: Beat the game while using EVERY CHEAT. Only on NG+, no IGT, as you must get every achievement for all cheats. You are allowed to not use: -Harvest time -Big head modes -Doof masks Start/End times are the same as any%

In all honestly I could see myself do cheat% (do it would require a lot of grinding to get all of the cheats) but 100% seems way to big (and long) to even tackle. Would be interesting to route however
I agree about 100%. My problem with cheat% is that even though most cheats are unlocked through achievements, but 3 of them have their requirements "?"'ed out, and I can't find ANY cheat guides that have anything other than the code for the platyborg costume.
That seems like a good one. All overworld chips could also be possible.
Thank my brain for not playing this game for quite some time until now. I have gotten Medals since my first playthrough, and it was a time consumer. Since I know some tricks and skips with this; I can get Every Medal in less than 3 hours.
WAIT, since you have all medals, by any chance do you have all of the cheats? I have every medal, but three are still "?"ed out. Do you have them?
