I don't see a reason why not, but it would be far better to ask the game community, either in the forum for the game or by directly messaging a member.

Usually there's nothing wrong with it. Make sure it is of the best quality possible, make sure game sound to the phone is clear.

filming in mobile is totally fine but i recommend record your game using obs studio so the quality is much better but if you really wanna record it in mobile then that's fine.
