Do you know if all glitches are present on Nintendo Switch Online version of Zelda?

Should work the same.

They should be. It should be a direct port of the NES game. The only difference would be the frame rate, since the HDMI rate is very slightly slower (so much slower, you'll lose only a second over 10 minutes of gameplay compared to the original NES version). That difference is miniscule unless you're going for WR though.

The Switch version is acceptable for play. However, the "special" version is only valid for it's own category over in the extensions page.

I can confirm that I've successfully executed block clips, ladder clips, and horizontal screen scrolls in both the US and JP Switch Online apps.

Tangentially related question... the Switch OS has a feature where you can double-tap the Home key to zoom in on a portion of the screen. This is pretty useful for checking whether you're aligned with the right pixel for screen scrolling. Would it be valid to use the Switch's screen zoom feature in a timed run? Or should it only be used for practice purposes?

You should not use that in a timed run, because it's not part of the original game's program and most of the other players will not have the same feature on their gameplay device.

Edit: Oh yeah, and a little while back it was confirmed that ACE will work on Switch.
