I don't see why the default "category" of a speedrun needs to be RTA. And I don't see why people need to specify in the title that it was not RTA if it happens to be segmented. And I agree, I think these kind of runs are extremely useful and they should be welcomed by everyone.

Hey dude. We know you are a good player, a bad player could not make a speedrun this good (even if segmented).

You might not feel like it and that you are "untrusted" but if you do decide to do an RTA speedrun I'm sure it will be accepted.

I know it's an insane amount of work, but is there any chance at all you could do this for the 100% category (or, a new any% one if someone finds enough new strats or a very big new strat)?

Stop hating on FLYING. He is in a deep depression right now and you guys aren't helping him. Other than the #gta crew you guys are all he has. He can't take you guys constantly ragging on him. Yesterday I was on the phone with him and he was crying so hard, telling me how sick he was of this life. He went into a fit of rage and I heard things being thrown against a wall. He then hung up on me.

If he wants to make a segmented run that's great but if he puts WR in the title and uses an aimbot then I'm gonna criticize. I don't care if you make a TAS run to figure out the best possible time, that's great, GG on the hard work. Instead of saying that you can't submit real runs cause the mods will reject them, you could idk submit a non cheated run and see, but he won't do that will he?

It is a (tool-assisted) WR, but not putting "TAS" in the title or something similar makes it a cheated run. At least he makes his cheating obvious enough for reasonable people not to fall for it. That is why I don't mind it too much.

He duped Explosive Situation, you can see at 2:47:50 in the video. Also about WSOTT duping, it's slower by a bit, but I don't know if duping Doberman or Catalyst would be faster than doing Los Sepulcros or Robbing Uncle Sam.

Okay so, while I was watching the video I decided to open livesplit and time the run so we can get times for each mission individually. The splits I made are, of course, not 100% accurate, I tried my best to make it as accurate as possible. I also made splits for every segment.
