How did they get those borders between the times in the starcraft IL board?

I've looked through the settings for a game I moderate but I don't see anything like that.
It's a custom CSS I applied to most of the games I moderate. I'd like something like that to be there by default but I don't know how to squeeze it into the stylesheet elegantly.
If anyone would like something of that nature, feel free to ask.
Could you add the borders to the games that I moderate? Would there be an option for me (and other mods) to edit the color to match the theme?
AFAIK the color has to be hard-coded for now. If you have specific colors in mind I can add them; my standard is a light gray at 75% opacity.
It can also be used to hide leaderboard columns if they only serve to cram the view. The platform column for PC only games is an example.
Edit: Applied said standard to your games. See how you like it.
ILs in general are a mess. It's a layout I badly need to fix up. Go to a profile and look at someone's IL times -- disgusting!
@SUPERMALLEO IL stands for "Individual Level" (I hope I don't need to explain what individual or level mean)

I can only agree with Pac, it doesn't look as neat as it could - but it's the best way of having it be as compact as it is right now.
Actually, it's because it's outdated code. It looked fine on the site before I did the big layout update in July 2016, but I never updated the IL page to work properly on the new layout FailFish

And done! If you check a game's IL board, or IL runs in a profile, they look a lot better now. I didn't add vertical borders though because it's 2017 and we're not barbarians.
any plans to add different goals to IL lbs? (lets say some lvls have difficulty select but others do not)
@Pac I do hope the improvement of IL boards is still an ongoing thing, as much as the most recent revision DOES look like a significant improvement.
There are people who are being actively deterred from submitting ILs to SRcom because they don't like the way the boards look. Some are going as far as to say they do not want their stats tracked on the site, and would remove their times if they found them submitted on their behalf.
I can kind of see where they're coming from, but I don't think the IL boards currently look bad. They could just still be 'better', is all.
