The current moderator for Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown has not been online for 3 months. I've also been waiting for over a month for my runs to be accepted. So I'd like to become a mod for this game since he's inactive.

Hey this is for Yoshi's Island DS and I'd like to request if anyone can fix our mods up a bit. A lot of them don't have much to do with running the game and were put in before we got a small community started. Here are the ones I think shouldn't be mods anymore. B00Spring: Highest priority, did 1 run of the game 3 years ago and has not been on the entire website for more than a year. MR: Hasn't interacted with the game at all, hasn't been on for a month, and only runs MK64. Beekle: Low priority since he is a series mod, but he hasn't done anything with this game on speedrunning and I've heard he hasn't really touched Yoshi at all in a while. Thanks.

You're a super mod for the game, and several other mods have been online within the day. Other than just deleting mods from the modlist I don't see a point.

Hello, I have concerns about the current moderator for the game LSD Dream Emulator- https://www.speedrun.com/lsd I will be talking only about tibbs, or "Mr. Tibbs", because the other moderator, "JWAR_93", is entirely inactive. This is a bit of a long story but please, indulge me. I joined the LSD Dream Emulator Speedrunning community in early 2017 and eventually joined the Discord server for the community. I worked with the current moderator, Mr. Tibbs, on rejuvenating the small scene as it had pretty much died at that point with very little conversation and submitted runs. Eventually I and a few other runners requested that a category be added, "10 Days". He hesitantly added the category and it got the scene moving again with people competing for the new category. But suddenly one day he removed the 10 days category without telling anybody why or asking anybody first. He eventually showed up on the Discord server and explained that he and 2 others had originally incepted LSD speedrunning with 50, 100, and 360 day being the categories they made, so he didn't want to add any more than those. Partially understandable to me, but he also added a category called "All Locations" by runner request not too long ago because he liked the idea, but for some reason he has a problem with "10 days". He said that he had sent in a request for a category extension to put the "10 Days" category on, an idea nobody supported seeing as how the game's player base is so small and how few possibilities for categories there even are in the game. The entire time the request was pending the category was left down. I was upset with him for going behind everyone's backs to do that, but when I raised my concern he silently unmodded me on the Discord server. After the category extension is denied, he does add 10 day back, but then quietly removes it again without telling anybody. I raised my concerns about this on this Discord Server again, but instead of responding to this, he just deleted the Discord Server without saying a word. But more importantly, he deleted all of the forum posts I had on the game's page, and the forum posts of another runner who had left the server because of concerns with Tibbs' moderation, seemingly purely out of spite. To my knowledge, he has not since responded to any form of contact. This happened months ago, but the other runners and I have recently reconvened and we're still interested in the game so we were hoping something could be done about it. I apologize for not being able to provide dates or screencap proof due to the previously mentioned deletion of the Discord server, but I do have witnesses if you need it. Thank you for taking the time to read my message.

@drayden15 this is for last resort requests for moderation, I don't even need to look at the mods' profiles to know that they're active, if you want to help with moderation ask them directly

The only mod has been inactive for 5 months and I'm waiting about 4 weeks for a run verification already.

Thank you.

Would Windosill be a good game to include?

@DoctorDerps, this is not the place to request games. That place is at https://www.speedrun.com/requestgame

This thread is for a different purpose related to inactive moderators on already existing games.

Well all I request is someone to at least delete b00spring from YIDS mods since he hasn't been on for more than a year. My thing with the other 2 is they just don't have anything to do with the game at all and there are people who do help with the game and want to be mods but there would be so many for such a small game.

Hello. Sorry to bother, but the moderator for Sphere Complex seems to be fairly inactive. ( https://www.speedrun.com/Sphere_Complex ) I recently submitted a run, and plan on doing more as I enjoy the game, but he has not logged onto SR.C in 3+ months, and his last tweet was from June so I doubt he checks that much, and his twitch profile seems practically dead. Since I plan on running more and this isn't just a one-time thing I need you guys to approve, and since I hope to get some friends running this, I kindly ask for you to please make me a moderator for this game. Thanks! Nick P.S. Yes I know I just submitted this run, but after searching around his social media it seems like he hasn't logged onto anything I can contact him by in quite some time. Sorry if this seems pushy or impatient, but I don't think he's coming back anytime soon.

Hello everybody! I submitted a run for DJ Boy on Megadrive since about 1 month but it has'nt yet be accepted and the only moderator seems to be inactive since 2 years on this site. I wanted to ask for being a moderator of this game after my run has been accepted but then i do my request now. Thank you in advance and see you later, bye! ;-)

Hello,

We have been trying to get runs approved over at Bleed 2. We only have one moderator and haven't been able to reach him on Twitter/PM. Jakuts and myself are both willing to step up and become moderators so if it's easier to sift through requests and get them approved. There's a Discord channel dedicated for the game and I was able to get in touch with him within 24 hours.

Hello! I would like to be a mod for https://www.speedrun.com/Moto_X3M . The mods verified the "1st place" run without even looking at it. I can tell that because the guy just submited a run with a Level 2 completed picture when the game ends at Level 22 so this pretty much explains that they verify runs without even looking at them. And they made picture "proof" valid for full-game which is not good because there is no IGT at the end that shows total complete time. The leaderboard's full game is messed up right now. I will fix it if you make me a mod.

@Itaniium Added

@J_duude Seems fine after seeing who is verifying runs.

@scrubjr The posts were deleted 6 months ago. There's not an inherent need to add really short categories. I don't know the details of this game. If the people who have run the game want different moderators, they need to present a consensus of who they want moderating.

@SpiderSponge The plan is to add score tracking eventually. Users get annoyed when we delete boards with 40 runs on a whim, so I don't think it's really your sole decision to delete the board at this point. If you don't want to maintain it any more, please add one of the other runners to moderate it.

@Corpseflesh Added due to inactivity.

@DoctorDerps Use the game request form.

@Nick_ Added due to inactivity.

@Mc166 Added due to inactivity.

@Aspect added you as a regular moderator since the mod is somewhat inactive.

@bb_kait Added due to inactivity.

@Synn Added due to inactivity.

@SpiderSponge Give the mod some time to fix it via the forum posts or a discord. Messing up once can't be the only grounds for removal.
Faulheit: Please discuss with the Club Penguin moderators, they are active.
No, they are not.

It may seem like they are active by looking at their accounts’ info, but they’ve been disconnected from the community for a very long time. The mods haven’t replied to forum post for around 7 months now. (Such as this one and this one, which were trying to revive the game). Plus, I’ve tried to contact both of the active super mods (one has been inactive everywhere for over a year) through Discord, Twitter, Youtube and Twitch. None of them have replied to me. Despite their SRC accounts showing that they log in often, they keep ignoring us.

There's currently an issue in that the mods are accepting runs from CPR (a private server) in the same leaderboards as the ones from the original CP. This was done without any discussion despite the forum threads mentioned before, and is a problem. Although it's based off CP, CPR has minor differences which can make runs faster or slower, and it would be unfair to put them on the same leaderboard. Whether or not CPR should be a separate game on the site is uncertain and needs to be discussed, which the mods are clearly not willing to do.

I don’t want to be rude, and I’m sorry if this post made it seem like so, but it’s really frustrating how they don’t care about the game (for instance, only 2/4 mods have runs of the game) and keep ignoring us, despite the fact that serious changes need to be made.

Hello, this post is for Barbie: Super Model. Over one month ago after a long time of no rules being defined for the game and playing the game for many many months and attempts to contact the super mod and other mods there have been no rules defined for this game. Also I created a game forum post for the game and still, no response by any of the moderators. I would like to request that the mods be changed to people to actively run the game and try to promote the game, are knowledgeable of the game, and think of the game of more than a "meme run" The two most active runners of this game are Myself and Buffalax. If anything I would like to be added to the mod list of this game so alterations can be made to the rules since for any % they are still "No rules have been defined" after multiple requests and attempts to contact the mods. If I could be made super mod that would be even better so the game as a whole and the mods list could be cleaned up.
