in a Ctr NF run are you required to use livesplit shown on the screen during the run?

According to the rules: "This board uses loadless timing, through means of a load removal tool for LiveSplit found here. All submissions must include both a loadless time and a time with loads. Additionally, proof of the time without loads (e.g. by having LiveSplit on the stream) must be provided."
