Hello, my name is Matthew. About a week ago I did my first speedrun and I managed to get a time on my second attempt that would put me on the Wizard101 Harvest Lord% leaderboards. I also noticed that there haven't been any new runs since 5 months ago. I don't know if this is due to less people running or if people's runs here just aren't being verified. My run has also not yet been verified. So i'm wondering if someone would be able to verify the run I posted for me? Or if I just need to hope someone volunteers again for my specific game and category? If anyone is able to help, please reply. Thank you.

A couple of the mods have been inactive for a while, but friendlyrock was online a few days ago. Try contacting friendlyrock on twitter.

You can find activity information by clicking "info" on a user's profile, and links to a user's outside profiles--where they can be contacted--can be found beneath their username.

If all else fails, then you can visit this thread (http://www.speedrun.com/The_Site/thread/63nr7) and request to be added as a moderator yourself. Moderation of games is done on an individual basis, not by site mods. If needed, you would be the volunteer ;)

Well, Matthew, each game has its own moderators.

When you click on the game leaderboard look for the member/s who is/are moderating the game. Click on the profile and click on info. See if the moderator has been active lately. If so, it might be possible that he is just busy. If not, you can request help on the feedback thread for somebody to help you out.

Two of the three have been gone for months. The one who hasn't (as mentioned by kobepilgrim) was on about five days ago. How do I "request help on the feedback thread"? Or even find it for that matter lol. I'm new to this site and speedrunning.

I checked his twitter but it looks like he hasn't posted anything on there in around a year. His youtube seems to be in a similar state. As for his twitch, I'd really have to catch him streaming for that.

twitch has a messaging feature, you know? and iirc you even get notified per mail (unless deactivated)

Twitch email notifications for messages is unfortunately not a default setting, though the option does exist. Whispering is a better option, as the user will receive a notification as soon as they log-on to Twitch. To be thorough, both options can be done.

You should still try via YouTube and Twitter. Inactive users will still receive email notifications from those services.

Gotcha. I messaged him on twitch but I'll try whispering him too. I rarely use twitch's messaging feature but i'll keep an eye on it for now.
