Question about console
Yes; For some context, my 56 minute All Skills CP NMG pb has almost 8 minutes of loads removed - this is on an excellent PC with extremely short loads. Consoles have significantly longer loads, especially the older generation & in particular Switch, where a quitout alone takes 30 seconds that would be around 5s or less on PC.
It's also worth noting the consoles' 60fps cap is probably the second largest factor, as this the game siginificantly harder to play with inputs gaining significant deay, and makes some enemies behave differently too. Overall, an amazing time on Switch wouldn't even reach the top 200 on the main boards, so it makes sense to separate them.
