I'm a 17 years old player and I just came to the speedrun world after many thought about that. I'm planning to do a Destruction Derby Arenas speedrun first. I'm trying to aim at least 50 minutes, knowing it's reasonable and also hard to beat.

After this run, I don't know what game to speedrun... Half-Life is too advanced and my 3 hours run not even recorded is bad after thinking about it. I'm searching racing games with things like Time Trial or short career to speedrun.

Anyway, I'm here to help and talk with people I would meet here. English is not my first language at all

Cool, I wish Destruction Derby Arenas was for PC as well. Would love to play that.

I can teach you how to play on an emulator. I don't have a USA PS2 and I live in Canada, so...

I'm not a big fan of emulators and nor do I have a PS2. I would be willing to give it a shot though. I checked out the leaderboard https://www.speedrun.com/Destruction_Derby_Arenas/full_game and I didn't see any rules at all nor any mention of emulator criteria or if it's even allowed so before anything, should probably clear that up with others.

You are better off contacting the mods from one of their social media accounts as it seems they haven't logged in for a long time, if you haven't done that already.
