Hey all, I remember reading a thread here a little while back about which emulator we can/cant use for runs of this game. Is there still a specific emulator you guys want me to use or am I ok to go right ahead?
I live in the UK so getting hold of the fabled 90K ps2 and an NTSC copy of R4 isn't an option for me and I sure as hell am not running PAL lol
p.s I am looking to challenge WR eventually but I just want to submit my de-rust run so I can add a run to the leaderboard and maybe wake up some of the runners
I was thinking of attempting a run this morning and was also looking to see if there was an emulator restriction !!
Checking the run made by dragoonhead it was done with psxjin v1.13 so maybe that we can use for sure.

As i know, Emulators were accepted from the start and since running R4 on a PAL PS2 is an issue for me (the game is slow), that'e why i run on a emulator. If the emulator is accurate, then you can run on PC, no problem.
I use the latest stable version of Mednafen. (0.9.48)
It plays many consoles at full speed. NES, SNES, GENS, GBC, GBA, GG, PSX
