What exactly do we consider a 'glitch' for glitchless?

There are various small little things in PSO that I never personally considered a glitch, but wasn't too sure about. I want to run the EP1 Glitchless, but obviously want to stay in the confines of the guidelines. A good example of something I am talking about is the 'turnaround'. Sometimes, if you simply do a 360 when a monster is about to attack you, your hitbox must change or something, resulting in a miss that would otherwise hit, is that a 'glitch'? Similarly, you can cast resta just before getting hit and get up with the heal due to the small lag in the actual effect taking place. Is that a glitch?

The split between glitchless/glitched is pretty much entirely based around meseta duping/item duping/weapon stacking. It's by far the biggest set of glitches in the game that entirely change the style of gameplay and the speedrunning strats.

I don't see why turning around would count as a glitch; monsters miss because you physically move away from them, after all. Don't really see why the situation with Resta you described would be a glitch either; it's just how spells work. Resta dodging might be a trickier one to classify.

Perhaps a better name for the "glitchless" run would be "(No dupes)". Would avoid a lot of semantics that way.
