Emulator Load times compared to Game cube

So This game has a problem with loading times and when you look it up, The wiki for dolphin even says that "Frames drop when loading, but it does not affect gameplay". It affects speed running by a lot because KJR's Load times are 9.5-10 seconds per minigame, and the cutscenes are around a minute. The emulators load times are around 18-20 seconds per mini game and almost double the time in cutscenes then KJR's.

I tried for a solution and nothing seemed to work and its mainly this game that has bad loading times due to frames.

Is it ok if I could trim down the Load times to around KJR's load times. Mainly because when you use an emulator, since the load times are severe, it is almost impossible to break 1:40:00 range, I did a run last night and I still got 1:40:00 due to load times and I trimmed them down and I got a 1:36:36 but the mp4 got corrupted.

The Load times will be:

9.5 seconds in between mini games.

18.5 seconds in the first cutscene in the story

59 seconds in the transition in between levels (Krusty Krab to Goo lagoon) and add a second per level.

and those will be the times per load split I created in my set of splits if this is allowed. (for instance, I press A on continue without saving and it goes to a load split and when you get into the mini game, the load split ends)

and Yes, I timed KJR's load time and I put the load times in my best segments for the load splits and I will edit my load split times and reduce them to KJR's load time. and if anything happens while loading (if I wasnt spamming start and I lost 2 seconds), I will take in consideration what happened and I will change the time.

If you need my splits for the game, Let me know and I will send them if you need to check them.

Also, The load times are this compared to KJR's:

Emu | GameCube Minigame: 14 Seconds | 9 Seconds First Cutscene: 26 seconds | 18 seconds Cutscenes to next level: 1:40 - 2:30 | 59 seconds - 1:05

I agree, again, on the wiki about the game for dolphin https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=SpongeBob_SquarePants:_Lights,_Camera,_Pants!

It says: "Runs near flawlessly at 60FPS, occasionally the framerate drops into the single digits on loading screens but it doesn't affect the loading times or gameplay."

The Frame rate Drops actually do Affect loading times, both computers I have ran the game on both have this problem, and both of them have good CPU and RAM, So I don't really know.

The game must be ran unmodified, and any hardware acceleration is banned. This includes things like Fast Disk Transfer on Dolphin.
