I tried applying BB Code and Markdown in the same message, and then I couldn't edit the rules for my categories! Clicking the text resulted in it disappearing with no text box. I looked in the source code, and it looks like when there are unclosed BB tags, the text box gets incorrectly placed inside the <span> tags. I worked around this by inspecting the page code and moving the <textarea> outside of the <span>; after that, it worked fine. Can you fix this? Not everyone is as tech savvy as me...

Edit: I have fixed this by now, feel free to skim and just read the last paragraph properly. TL;DR for the users is: Use spaces and newlines after markdown/BB code and links.

I'd like to edit my post to fix the messed up quoting but I cannot. I have tried CTRL+F5 and waiting for the page to load fully ("refresh" icon appears), tested on two browsers. Browsers: Newest Chrome and Firefox 64bit (Win7 64bit) Chrome has loads of extensions, Firefox only these (Adblock disabled for testing): https://gyazo.com/1f01276c6cc753766ee82bf0c233c442 Here is #maincontent after clicking "edit" if that helps: https://pastebin.com/ctCrDR8b https://gyazo.com/c617668c4ff33f9c52148b6c104924fe

Here is the post: https://www.speedrun.com/gtasa/thread/apdhp (Edit, I fixed it by now)

There is no editing limit, is there? I did not get a message about it or anything. I have probably edited the post a bunch. I don't know what the last edit was.

Edit: I had a [ / q u o t e ] after a YouTube link without a space, this caused the messed up quoting in the "formatted post" and this bug here. I recovered the "source code" of my post by copying the "edit post" textarea content into a text editor, changed minor things, this happened to fix this bug. I then diffed the "bugged post" content with the "fixed post" one and this line looked most suspicious. Then I reproduced the bug by removing that newline.

not exactly a bug, but someone created an account with the name "username" so now the most recent update in the changelog links to their account

Minor bug - doing an @ to a user with a period in their name ignores the second half of the name

@Gustavo.Predador for example

Same problem that @Timmiluvs, it's impossible to mention me because it ignores my name after the period.

Games with a lot of categories make the WR History graph unusably short. Example: https://www.speedrun.com/mkw/gamestats https://i.imgur.com/2gces57.png

[quote=Dan9er]Major bug here, I need urgent help!

I'm a SMod on the Rec Room leaderboard. I just switched the Legacy subcategory group to a variable due to popular request. However, all of the runs except the ones from the current build of the game no longer show up on the leaderboard! Also, the filter shows three different Build variables, even though I set it up so each main category has its own Build variable (for flexibility later on). Viewing runs from a player's profile or via link works 100% fine, even showing the correct information. It's just the runs are not appearing on the leaderboard!

Please help, as a lot of people will be mad if I lose all of these runs.[/quote]

[quote=Dan9er]I just moved all of the runs from the old converted build variables to a brand new one that is shared across all categories. And it's STILL not working! Only runs from the current build show up! What the fuck!?

The only way I could get all the builds to show up is by manually clicking Filter -> Build -> Any. But no one will think to do that. Why isn't Any selected by default!?

There is no other explanation, this HAS to be a site bug. Please fix this...

EDIT: Fix spelling and missing space EDIT 2: Yes, I set a default value to all runs via the button. Didn't help.[/quote]

I just forgot to deselect Default on the current build. I'm an idiot .-. BTW strikethrough is broken

@dan9er assign a default variable to the runs

Canada

@Quivico The previous build runs have had the variable assigned to them. Trust me, I checked.

United States

@dan9er even so, assigning default variables again can solve problems if they shouldn't be occurring in the first place

Georgia, USA

It might be just me having trouble posting runs. I submit them but they never appear in my pending runs.

Ireland

Its not just you. I haven't been able to submit for 6 days now. Not sure how widespread the issue is but I have heard of a few affected by it.

California, USA

Yeah I have also been unable to submit runs and I have no idea why this is true.

Scotland

Have you clicked view all on the pending actions? Pending actions is that little hourglass beside the search bar :) hopefully it shows up ^-^

Ireland

It just says 'There are no runs' when I check there after trying to submit.

Antarctica

It appears to be a bug and it's not just you. Multiple people have already reported it both in various threads and in the discord.

I haven't heard anything yet from staff/admins about what is causing it or a timeline on a fix.
