Still kinda new here, but recently a run was submitted with buying cash with monkey money. This isn't meant for trouble, only for clarification, and for future reference.

Is buying cash with monkey money allowed? My own opinion is that it shouldn't be, since if you do that, you might as well just keep double cash mode on, and you'll just beat the levels. Are they supposed to be beaten as is, or "any way possible" ? Having more cash at start/early obviously speeds up the process.

I agree with disallowing, same as premium currency and double cash mode, just removes the challenge

I would prefer without injections and double cash (and other cheats enabled). I don't mind Monkey lab or specialty buildings, but I'm happy to stop using them if the general consensus is against them.

Some maps like Sprint Track for example the pro monkey farmer can’t be placed where it cannot hit any bloons. Even though I can get it to where he isn’t hitting the start of the bloons as soon as the bloons go about half way around lane 1 I can’t help the farmer throwing bananas at them. Just wondering if attempts will be invalid for this?

As long as he doesn’t shoot bananas on the track (especially if they hit) during the run it’s fine. Place him at the back and make sure bloons dont get through.
