(For forum title, I meant to put star% checkpoints) For star%, why do you have to teleport to the checkpoint you already got or die and respawn at the checkpoint?

I think it's because the camera gets stuck otherwise and the star has to be on screen to be collected

ye is because the camera just gets locked so to be able to manage it, but i think it was actualy posible to get the star blinfolded without the unlock, idk

also, you can write the title again, whats the point of correcting the title in the message lol

As KilleDragon said, the camera is locked and you need to unlock it to progress, and the fastest way to do that is to warp to it in lake, and to die after collecting it in luncheon. In Mushroom there's a strat that is faster, but it is extremely difficult and isn't done RTA (yet) so the fastest way is to capture the binoculars (so you can warp sooner) and warp to the checkpoint.
