yeah which is why I am asking for a higher up to remove him. I am unable to remove the runs.

oh does rejecting them queue them into something? Because I had rejected his run before coming here and it still shows up as the 1st place and now claims he submitted and approved his run (not a mod). Sorry I am not familiar with the system for rejection.

Believe they may have submitted the same run multiple times for whatever reason so there are multiple listings.

Can you test the rejection of the other run here: https://www.speedrun.com/ib/run/pyd7w2jy , as if this one doesn't reject when you reject it this may be a site bug that needs fixing.
