I can't record youtube videos as I don't have the equipment for it. I play Xbox one and I want to speed run resident evil 7 but for video link is a 30 second clip at the end of game showing my time good enough or does it have to be my full run?

If you use Xbox One, you can stream to twitch (or possibly other services as well, I just know about twitch). Go to your twitch settings and tell it to save your VOD's, then you can submit a VOD of the whole run.

^ if you're going to do it by streaming from twitch though you'll wanna plug in your headset or whatever you're using for a mic(muted if you want), since at the moment there is a bug where the audio from the game gets insanely distorted if you don't have something plugged in I do not know why http://www.speedrun.com/run/0zn6ervy It'll sound like that.
