Max% is physically impossible. The most amount of points that you can get is 99999950 (this might be a digit off not sure not really caring to count) but you can only get 49 points less than max. Therefore it’s impossible. Well, without hacking.

I have a guide on how to get a full inventory quickly. You'll have to change it a little bit but you can still do the same type of thing. Also, the quickest way to get maximum points is to get the infinite coins glitch in 4-Castle. Good luck!
