I won't ask for being a Mod just for that, in pretty much all the pages i mod i wanted to apply some decoration touch in order to make the pages more welcoming and nice looking =)

Color code could be something like

B00000 for red then put opacity to 60% Panel and row Border in white => FFFFFF

Looks okay to me, you can change the colors to match.

I think that would be pretty nice looking. I would be ok with someone doing this.

sure this page deserves some love. Also, having someone who actually runs the game being mod would be nice

I'm new to this community and this game, but just for another opinion this looks pretty good to me.
