Hello :) I play Yu-gi-oh Forbidden Memories since I am young, and I am thinking of speedrunning this game. I read the tutorials on this site, but I have still 2 questions.

1. Why do you fight Seto 2 ? It would obvisouly be faster not to fight him and the Labyrinth Mage, and I don't think it is done to collect good cards, as you don't farm them after.
2. What is the easy mode ? I read that a couple of times but I can't find what is it

1. Fighting Seto 2 and defeating him means that when you defeat all the mages you will be up against the final 6 instead of the final 7, final 7 being all of the final 6 + lab mage. This would effectively make the endgame easier.

2. Easy mode is a term runners use to describe getting good rng whilst playing a high-tier opponent in the cards which he plays against you. For example if Seto 3 played a B.Skull that would be considered an 'easy mode'.

You fight Seto 2 because that way you can do Final 6 attempts instead of the Final 7 when you want to beat the game. If you skip Seto 2 you'll have to fight Labyrinth Mage at the beginning of the final 6 every time making it the Final 7. And easy mode just means the opponent plays some of their weakest monsters making it easy for you to win.
