This category would be called Jumpless Any%. You would do Any% no Sun without jumping. Anything done using the space bar is a jump.
Dives, Walking, Spin Attacking, Swimming in Water and anything else which DOES NOT require pressing the space bar is allowed. Swimming in Water does require the space bar but it isn't a jump. Jumping out of water will be a jump though.
Maybe this will be a challenging, long and fun category for people who like runs that take ages.
You can also do this with 100% but it would be the longest category ever. This would be a category which people who like really long runs would do. By the way, any impossible Icecreams to obtain without jumping you don't need to get.
I hope you like the idea of this category and add a whole new challenge to Robot 64 speedrunning.
This seems like more of a challenge than a speedrun. However, if there were a category-extensions on Robot 64 I could see this being a viable speedrun. Also have you tried recording any routing, or know how this would be possible?
I am routing now, nmg is definatly possible but 100% is impossible. Here is every single impossible icecream: Getting On Top of the Observatory, Destroy the Sun!, Hunting 8 Eggs Underwater, Climbing the Purple Tower, Lava and Water, Tricky Jumps and Dives, Hunting 8 Eggs in the Hecklands, Going Down a Dark Hallway, In the Water Chunks, Jumping From Grape Soda, Short Jumping Around, Swinging With Wires, Hecklands Challenge, Turtle Tops Challenge, Knoddy's Resort Challenge, Candy Aquarium Challenge, Final Homerun! and New Neocity Challenge. SOME THAT YOU CAN'T GET WILL NEED THE USE OF GLITCHES.

SuperJasonMC I never noticed getting into the portal, thanks. Also, I tried for an hour doing Purple Tower but I never succeeded; if it is possible, it's very tricky. Along with that, WTW is impossible as it requires pressing space. I will let it slide because you aren't actually playing the game to do the WTW glitch.
I know this is a dead conversation, but I easily managed to beat the game jumpless or a-pressless any% (with a half a-press in the final battle against the sun). Here are all the ice creams I got, incase you want to try this yourselves: Through the flames and the fire, Getting on top of the observatory (kinda hard), Destroy the sun!, You can Jump!, The secret of the mirror, Beebo wings into the sky, always wash your hands, Catching fireflies in turtle tops, across the spinning platforms, tread to the top of turtle tops, In the infested maze, a hungry blackhole, scoring radical points, The Knoddy Showdown, The guards go for a dip, Up on the chompin dudes, Tricky jumps and dives, The hecklord showdown, messing with ol jobb (hecklands), racing to the top of hecklands, Breaking a box with brentos, Hermit gloobees problem, On the fan blades, flying through the city, racing to the top of new neocity, corner jumping upwards, above the wall, Filing out homework, returning a diceblock, setting up the computer, up on the shelf, 8 eggs in tinyhuge bedroom and last Playing Beebos theme on the piano. this is glitchless and also no bonus levels that cost robux
