If it doesn't explicitly say in the rules you'll have to ask in the forums/Discord for whatever game(s) you're planning on running. Every game/community does things their own way.

Generally speaking, playing on a real console is preferred when possible. Some games allow emulators unconditionally, others only allow certain emulators, or certain versions of emulators, and others don't allow emulators at all.

Ok ty. I’ll check it out on steam. That’s the arcade version. Not a huge fan of arcade. Guess I’ll look at dumping my copy.
