I know that emulations are not allowed in the speed running of this game because of faster load times and ect. but would there be a way to make a speed-run with emulation category so that those of us without the resources to get a wii or gamecube could still attempt to hold records? My though process behind this is that if you make a separate category it would still be fair to those who used consoles
IMO if your only goal is to hold a record in an arbitrary category than you're doing something wrong.
Opinions aside, an emulation category is completely redundant. It is not expensive to acquire the minimum requirements for running and submitting runs to the leaderboard. If you need help finding cheap equipment, feel free to join our discord, we'd be happy to help.
