Contact the Nintendo support, doubt that anyone else can solve it for you

I notice you’re in Sweden. PAL consoles are notorious for running slower and loading slower than their NTSC counterparts. I don’t know if that holds true for more modern consoles like the WiiU, maybe someone else from a PAL region knows more about that than I do.
