I don’t really have a favorite but out of the games I’ve played it would be between The Evil Within, Resident Evil 7 Biohazard, or Call of Cthulhu

The new call of cthulhu or are you referring to call of cthulhu dark corners of the earth? I would like to add Alan Wake to one of my favorite horror themed games but I have so many favorites its hard to pick.

Outlast 2 is one of the better casual horror games i've played. Its not very good for a speedrun though due to the way the game handles sequence breaking.

Resident evil 7 was also pretty good I played that recently but I wouldn't consider that "horror"

I didn't like resident evil 7 all that much I think they should have made another true sequel to resident evil 6. Who knows maybe wesker isn't really dead and instead it could be possible that chris and sheva fought a bio weapon that looked like him. Then again anything could be possible. I would love to see Resident Evil 3.5 get made with Leon in europe. I could see why Capcom got rid of 3.5, they didn't want the storyline to become paranormal but still just going by the youtube videos it looked like a great game.

I love the outlast series. :) Can't decide on a favorite as I think they are both equally as good.

Anybody here play the fatal frame series or Siren series? I feel Siren isn't really that well known and often gets overlooked but is a good horror series.

I noticed that someone wrote awhile back about Clive Barkers Undying. Just wanted to say that Clive Barker is one of my favorite authors and Undying is a great game but I feel Clive Barkers Jericho is even better. He should definitely do more video games. :)

Nerved and Horror Story: Hallowseed both look good. Also House On The Hill is another really well done horror game. This year as well as next year both look good for horror games I must say. The lineups they have really made me follow quite a bit of upcoming horror games. Also for those of you that haven't played the new Blair Witch game I must say its really good. The developers of Layers Of Fear designed Blair Witch I think. The original Blair Witch trilogy of games were pretty good psychological horror games.. not as good as the silent hill series but still worth checking out.
