(Writing this from an alt I just made)
I made the KlimbRio1 account a while ago. Since then, my email adress was changed. Of course when it changed, my first thought wasn't to come on SRC and update my email... Yesterday I enabled email authentication to become mod, without thinking it could be a bad idea. I was wrong. Today, when trying to log in my account, it said to check my email adress to find the code I had to type to log in. The email never came. Because it was sent to the old adress, which doesn't even exist anymore as it was overwritten by the new one...
What now?

Why not just say the email, also I don't think it does say support@speedrun.com And alt acconts are banned
Ohhh that's true alt accounts are banned, sorry about that. I will delete this as soon as I get my old account back. Thanks for the help :)
I received a reponse! Even though I "proved" the account was mine by providing the password and outdated email, they said they couldn't retreive it because there weren't any socials linked to it.
Yeah, makes sense. I do have to point out though... that was literally what I was doing.
I clicked on settings to enter the link of the discord I'd created 2 days prior, but it logged me out automatically (I'm sure you've heard of this bug already as I've seen several threads regarding that - yeah fix it ASAP lol). That's when I realized I couldn't log back in.
Needless to say that was a little frustrating...
I'll live. The only problem left is that there are 2 KlimbRio supermods in the same game now, which can be confusing for some, but that's not too bad anyways.
I know for a fact that the account @KlimbRio1 is going to stay inactive forever, so in 27 days (when my new account gets old enough) I'll send a request to remove its supermod status.
Honestly this post was just talking about bad stuff and I hate to do that. So here's something happy to end it!
I received my response in 2 days, which was MUCH faster than I expected given the magnitude of this site, so props to the SRC Team for that! :D

Yes really, I thought it would work because the password and the email are supposed to be enough to log in an account but I guess not... :/
EDIT: I also forgot to mention that I do have accounts on other sites that are not listed in the socials you can link. I suggest to add the option to write a custom link leading to a social that's not listed :)
EDIT 2: Turns out you already can do that actually, thanks to @hahhah42 for pointing that out to me!
