I have been trying to run BFBB PC for a while now and am not finding any ways of running it (I am using a physical copy). I've tried tinkering with the compatibility properties and tried using a XP VM but nothing. Can any1 help out?
This game can run on Windows 10 without compatibility properties. It runs at 15fps and has graphical bugs, but you can fix it using dgvoodoo 2.
I have dgvoodoo 2 but I have no clue on what to do. Could you link me to a tutorial or let me know what I need to do? (I am not able to run the game at all)
Put the dgvoodoo2 files and D3D9.dll from the MS folder in the location where the game's installed and launch dgVoodooCpl to configure. Here are my settings. https://imgur.com/a/ShPhy7N
When you're done click apply. The game should run.
Still doesn't want to work for some reason. I did everything correctly but it still crashes on startup. I am supposed to drag the dgVoodooCpl, config, and d3d9.dll in the Battle for Bikini Bottom folder, correct?
