Hi, I would like to suggest that the all rules requiring Wilson as the character be withdrawn. As has been shown by Mitsutom's recent run, the theory that Wickerbottom would be an unfair advantage is faulty. Secondly, even if a character provides an advantage, it doesn't make sense to restrict them since in a speedrun the point is to go fast, and use whatever the best tools are within the framework of the game to accomplish the goal. What is more, I have seen several (possibly ineligible) speedruns of people using non-Wilson characters. It makes no sense to arbitrarily reject potential claimants in a category that could use as many competitors as possible. This group is effectively preventing speedruns from being restricted to an individual pc (usually Wickerbottom) by restricting them to an individual pc (Wilson). It makes no sense and should be abolished.
