I can't record without lagging the game a lot, and as you know even a little bit of lag SIGNIFICANTLY slows down the game. How can I prove my times?

Yeah I managed to fix it by making it 360p, 30fps and closing every other program.

Use OBS, disable sound recording and record as FLV. All other programs closed.

Other than lowering bitrate, resolution, and all that. There isn't much you can do. :( I hope you can get it working!
