Do you mean the page that listed the users with most runs or categories? ( https://www.speedrun.com/users ) That page was taken down some months ago, to save issues with lot of traffic to the site. The page hasn't been uploaded back ever since.

You can wr farm, using the API it's possible to check stats of users. People like @Fioresa still do farm.
