It says "You cannot submit a moderation request because you must have email authentication turned on and your account must be at least 1 month old. To turn on email authentication, visit your account Settings."

Yet my account is 31 days old and also I have email authentication. I have already done the click save and change nothing suggestion from other google searches but it did not seem to work.

I really like to request moderation of a death Leaderboard simply bc I don't want to risk it getting grasped by other people not involved that much and possibly letting it die again or neglecting it.

How do I fix this bug? I already had moderators for it in mind and category setups. Have read a big portion of the moderation TOS and the only mod active on it is a regular mod. No supermods which means no management. There has been new updates for the game that I want to moderate and also some of the runs on the site aren't even online anymore.

Does anyone know why I am not able to request such a thing and how to fix it? I clearly have everything set to request moderation.
