Changing DPI settings inside Windows (Win10) does not change anything ingame for whatever reason. For me at least it doesn't. It also makes menu sens horrible. And of course, my case is that I don't have a mouse that can change DPI Are there any "fixes" for this? Aiming in this game is awful. Or maybe speedrunners with more 'powerful' PC peripherals can just have an advantage I guess (im kinda joking, ok just move on)

The only thing I can recommend is changing mouse sensitivity in game (if it has? I know de and remastered have it).
Other than that, maybe Google knows programs?
DINPUT has nothing to do with changing sensitivity.

@patetadobrasil unfortunately if Windows doesn't work there isn't much you can do. Changing the in-game sensitivity will only change the X axis. It's just one of those things with SA unfortunately.
The GTA:SA community has been deteriorating over a long period of time. Many top runners are not currently present on the leaderboard. This issue has not been seriously addressed yet, but an attempt will be made to remedy it now.
